Healing through conscious embodiment
Kaitlynn Fleury RYT 200 has been teaching yoga since 2014. She has completed 800 hours of Yoga Alliance approved training from Blissology, Oranj and Maya Yoga Teacher Training.
Kaitlynn's other love is massage therapy, she practiced for fourteen years using a variety of modalities such as myofascial release, deep tissue trigger point therapy, therapeutic taping and neuromuscular techniques allowing her the freedom to customize sessions specific to her clients needs.
Kaitlynn graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage from the 2200 hr Advanced Diploma Program. From 2009 to 2015 Kaitlynn instructed the advanced portion of the program where her joy for teaching and sharing was born.
Kaitlynn's love for anatomy informs her teachings which have a deep foundation in Blissology alignment principles. Yoga as therapy is a true passion that she loves to share with others, empowering them to embrace accountability for their own health ... body, mind and spirit. She believes in living an abundant life full of joy, gratitude, free of judgement and connected to the essence of self. These feelings inform and guide her teachings and practice, which is focused on helping her students better connect to themselves, their bodies and with their surroundings.
Kaitlynn invites you to work with her, she offers yoga classes, private sessions for one on one guidance, group sessions for celebrations, gatherings of friends and family, house warming events or corporate health sessions. Kaitlynn incorporates her unique style and approach to body wisdom in her yoga offerings.
